The following crimes are from the week of May 24 to May 30, 2015.
May 21. 8300 block of Germantown Ave. At 2:30 p.m., complainant states a person took his iPhone 6 (value $650) from his right front pants pocket. Offender is known to complainant. Complainant's phone was returned the same day.
May 23. 9200 block of Germantown Ave. Rim and tire were stolen from vehicle. Value $200.
May 23. 100 block of W. Moreland Avenue. A forced entry was made to a private residence and a gold, silver Shinola watch and $3,000 cash were taken. Complainant states he left home and when he returned at 8:25 p.m. he saw that the side door which had been locked was open and glass from door was broken out. Second and third floor of house was ransacked.
