The following crimes are from the week of Aug. 15 to Aug. 22
Aug. 15. 7800 block of Roanoke Street. At approximately 3 a.m., a 79-year-old female told police an unknown person came into her home through a basement door by breaking the glass and took $45 in cash and medication from her home.
Aug. 18. 8600 block of Germantown Avenue. At approximately 9:06 a.m., a 66-year-old female told police while she was at the coffee shop, her purse was pickpocketed. Two credit cards were taken and attempted to be used but were denied by an unknown person.
Aug. 18. 8700 Block of Seminole Avenue. At approximately 3 a.m., a 20-year-old male told police an unknown person broke the driver's side front window of his 2005 Green Honda Accord, and took his wallet containing a debit card, driver's license and a rose gold fossil watch, valued at $500.
Aug. 18. 200 block of E. Hartwell Lane. At approximately 11 p.m., a 57-year-old female told police that an unknown person entered her 2005 Silver Nissan Altima and removed her Lenovo Think Pad, Coach sunglasses and $20 in cash. Valued at approximately $2370.
