April 15. 7700 block Crittenden Street. Complainant states that offender attempted to leave store without paying for the following items: a newspaper, Good Start baby formula, one Sprite and salad dressing. He dropped items and fled. Complainant also states that offender had a knife visible in his back pocket. Offender, black male, 6’ tall, dark complexion, black facial hair, wearing a black hoody and bluejeans. Occurred at 8:05 a.m.
April 16. 7500 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states that between 6:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., an unknown person broke the front door and stole one 52” Toshiba television, Playstation, iPod and docking station, two credit cards, one Capitol One and one Citibank Card.
Summary — Two crimes for week: one burglary and one retail theft.
