The Business Association and Conservancy also bring decades of practical experience, local knowledge, and careful stewardship. Their long-standing involvement in land use, preservation, and economic development shows they are well-equipped to contribute meaningfully.
A collaborative committee would not replace expertise — it would strengthen it by combining technical insight with deep community understanding. This collaboration will streamline the review process for applicants while allowing Chestnut Hill to grow through thoughtful, community-informed planning.
