We have also received a great deal of feedback from Montgomery County readers who are receiving papers several days late or not at all.
We have reported both issues to the post office. Our customer relations representative, who has been very helpful in the past, is investigating to identify and fix the problem. We will update you when we have more information.
If your mail is late, you can still receive your Local in a timely fashion via chestnuthilllocal.com. We encourage you to take advantage of your digital subscription, which will give you access to our articles and the E-edition, an electronic replica of the print edition. If you need assistance setting up your account, please call or email us and we’ll be happy to help.
One other important note for readers who are moving: The post office no longer provides us with change of address information, so please call or email us to update your address. You can reach the Local’s subscription department at 215-248-8813 or circulation@chestnuthilllocal.com.
We appreciate you letting us know when you have delivery issues and apologize for the inconvenience. We will continue to inform you about the mail process as we receive more information.
