Sometimes the world can seem like an endless cycle of bad news and hardship. We can feel weak and helpless, especially transitioning into this new chapter of our lives. We need to remember that there are always going to be hard times, but we have to be the ones to bring out the beauty, even when it seems hard. Don’t give up just when there’s an obstacle in your way, and remember, you have the power to make a change.

The Crefeld School

The time I have spent at Crefeld has led to lots of growth interpersonally, educationally, socially and emotionally. I have grown into myself as a person, finding confidence in ways that I didn’t think were possible, such as being able to speak publicly. I have also noticed other students becoming more self-assured, assertive and resilient.

However, our time here at the Crefeld School has come to an end. I will never forget the school-wide scavenger hunt in the beginning of the year, or prom and our celebration of the community, or our senior class’s water gun fight with George. These memories will be forever cherished. Our senior class’s impact on the school will not be forgotten. Our legacy will burn bright, just like the fond recollections of a summer well spent.
