The Federal Election Commission has released end-of-year campaign finance reports for candidates running for the seat of retiring U.S. Rep. Dwight Evans, who represents the state’s 3rd Congressional District. State Sen. Sharif Street, who on Monday accepted the endorsement of the Philadelphia Democratic City Committee, has so far raised the most money.
Here are the five candidates who raised the most as of Dec. 31.
Street raised $700,845.48 with about $631,545 from individual contributions.

Dr. David Oxman raised $497,772.98 with $175,000 of that number coming from a loan from his personal funds to the campaign; $320,393 of Oxman’s contributions came from individual contributions.
Dr. Ala Stanford raised $467,227.92 with $250,000 of that number coming from a loan from her personal funds to the campaign; $201,537.12 of Stanford’s contributions came from individual contributions.
State Rep. Chris Rabb raised $384,065.79, with $379,316.79 or almost 99% coming from individual contributions.
State Rep. Morgan Cephas raised $241,028, with $226,278 or almost 94% from individual contributions.
