Crist previously told the Local that lack of financial resources for food and supplies is the “number one reason for cats and dogs to be surrendered.”
In a Facebook post, Crist wrote, “We’ve already helped 142 families and over 400 pets by providing essential pet supplies like food, litter, collars, and more. But the need is growing.”
Those interested in donating to the pantry can drop off pet food, litter, collars, leashes, toys, and other essentials at the following locations: Weavers Way Across the Way, Furville Pet Supply, Fairmount Bark, and Pet Friendly Dog Bakery.
