My partner and I moved into an apartment in Philadelphia in May 2020. Our yearly lease in 2021 was raised $50 per month. That was expected. With all the talk of Philadelphia “coming back” with restaurants opening, nightlife returning, etc., many of us are faced with hard choices of whether we can even stay in the city we love.
