Local developer Ken Weinstein’s Philly Office Retail will host an open house on Nov. 1, showcasing the five Regional Rail stations he plans to renovate.

The five stations include Tulpehocken, Upsal, Mt. Airy, Gravers, and Carpenter. Tulpehocken, Upsal and Carpenter are on the Chestnut Hill West line; Gravers and Mt. Airy, on the East.

In September, Weinstein explained, “Our game plan, which is subject to change, is to have commercial on the first floor, residential above for four out of the five stations. The fifth station is Gravers, which will most likely be a single-family residence. The Upsal station will most likely be a food use on the first floor, because it sits so nicely on Greene Street and is very visible.”

Ahead of the open house, Weinstein wrote on Facebook, “This is your last chance to see the inside of SEPTA’s historic train stations before they get restored in 2026! Bring your ideas on what they can be before we begin design and leasing! We are really excited to get started!”

The open-house times are listed as follows: Tulpehocken Station from 10-10:30 a.m. at 333 W. Tulpehocken St., Upsal Station from 10:45-11:15 a.m. at 6505 Greene St., Mt. Airy Station from 11:30 a.m. to noon at 149 E. Gowen Ave., Gravers Station from 12:15-12:45 p.m. at 300 E. Gravers Lane, and Carpenter Station from 1-2 p.m. at 310 Carpenter Lane.
