According to Joseph Bograd, the real estate agent overseeing Penn’s Walk, the project will likely be finished 12 months from now.
Bograd says the location in Wyndmoor is ideal for families or empty nesters looking for more space and a stronger neighborhood feel.
“Proximity to the city is key,” Bograd said. “If somebody wants to be ‘in’ the city, but not really in the city, they’re 10 miles away. It’s a perfect location, it’s safe, it’s very family-oriented. The schools are nearby, shops are nearby, everything is in walking distance.”
The property used to be an empty lot that abuts little league soccer fields. Leases have already been signed for the two storefronts: There will be a Pilates studio and a veterinary hospital.
Potential buyers can choose from several floor plans to suit their needs, ranging from 1,130 square-feet to 1,403 square-feet units. Pricing begins in the low $600,000 range.
