However, the diversity of milk is unmatched. I have had vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and even blueberry milk. The flavor profile of standard milk can be changed by the type of cow, pasteurization status, homogenization status, and the origin of the cow. Multiple types of animals have milk that can be purchased. So far, I have tried various cow, goat, and camel milks. Please do not try camel milk unless you are brave, because I would not drink it again. Goat milk does have a very unique taste. Cow milk is the least flavorful of all the milks, so keep that in mind when you expand your milk journey.
