Victoria Leigh Kimball and Dr. Tyler John Wallen were married June 16 in an afternoon ceremony at Old Saint Mary’s Church, Philadelphia.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Ronald W. Kimball and Janet Kimball, of Flourtown. The bridegroom is the son of Christopher Wallen and Leslie Wallen of Erie, Penna.
Father Paul DiGirolamo officiated at the ceremony in which the bride, wearing a silk Mikado gown and cathedral veil, was given away by her father. The soloist was Donald Holdren of Mt. St. Joseph’s Academy, and the musicians included organist Karl Heck, violinist Davis Barnett, cellist David Inloes and violist Peggy Acker.
Lauren Dolaway, of Blue Bell, best friend of the bride at Germantown Academy, was maid of honor.
The bridesmaids included Blair Bodine, of Ambler, friend of the bride and soloist at the bride and groom’s first dance; University of Pennsylvania classmates Lina Eroh, of San Francisco, Brittany Merrill, Zoe Reich, and Catherine Russo, of New York City; future sister-in-law Rachel Pasternak, of Pittsburgh; and Laura Finney Seravalli, of Maple Glen, longtime friend and fellow Germantown Academy student.
The groom's brother, Brett Wallen, of Philadelphia, was best man.
The groomsmen included Kris Kimball, of Miami, brother of the bride; John Behrens, of Philadelphia, and Jason Ho, of Salt Lake City, both University of Pennsylvania friends of the bride and groom; and Adam Braham, Dan Fetzner, Dr. Justin Scott and Matt Stuczynski, all of Erie and high school friends of the groom.
A reception was held at Peche Sherman Mills in East Falls.
The newlyweds took a trip to Bedford Springs as their true honeymoon was postponed due to the groom’s residency commitment. The couple plans to live in Lancaster, PA.
