A driver was pronounced dead Sunday evening, Nov. 30, following a single-vehicle crash that resulted in his car flipping into the Cresheim Valley Creek.
The driver, Henry Ngo, 65, was driving a silver 2006 BMW down Cresheim Valley Drive when he reportedly lost control, struck a downed guardrail, and flipped upside down into the creek, according to police.
The crash occurred around 4 p.m. on Sunday with personnel from the 14th Police District, Marine Unit, and Philadelphia Fire department retrieving Ngo from the vehicle.
