Woodmere Art Museum is rightfully popular this time of year for the Circle of Trees event (Nov. 20) and its holiday gift shop, but don’t overlook the art. In addition to the permanent collection, there’s the Art of Larry Day and a “Philadelphia-centric” perspective on American Impressionism. Then there’s the Helen Millard Children’s Gallery, where the current exhibit is Kids Care 28: The Art of Color and Light. Kids Care is a special program that has touched the lives of thousands of people in the Philadelphia area. Artwork will be delivered along with holiday meals by MANNA to individuals battling illness. 9201 Germantown Ave. woodmereartmuseum.org

The Little Gallery and the Tasco Art Salon don’t have special holiday exhibits, but if you haven’t seen their artwork yet, it’s worth your time.  The Little Gallery will feature their usual eclectic mix of primarily American, French and British art from the early twentieth century to contemporary artists, including works by Philadelphia area artists past and present. Robin Tasco’s salon features an eclectic mix of reimagined vintage furniture, handmade vision boards, over-sized wooden letters and a dazzling array of African art.  Tasco Art Salon, 8113 Germantown Ave. tascoartsalon.com The Little Gallery, 8622 Germantown Ave. thelittlegalleryphilly.com
