I just read Len Lear’s obituary on Dr. David Becker (“Revered Hill cardiologist dies at 66,” Sept. 14). He was my cardiologist for many years, recommended by Dr. Elizabeth Fabens, of Greenhouse Internists in Mt. Airy.
While he was a regular cardiologist, he was also open to alternative medicine. He had a nutritionist and a physical therapist on his staff, and I was able to consult with both of them. He was a lovely and unique doctor and human being.
