A beautiful obituary for Emil DeJohn (“Emil DeJohn, prominent area fashion designer, dies at 88,” July 16). We were friends for many years, and then I hired him to design a line for me.
He was the most mild-mannered designer I ever worked with. Always had a smile on his face. I actually lost track of him the last few years. I didn’t realize he had moved to Ambler, where I now live.
Great job of capturing a special guy.
