Jan 26. Vandalism and theft. A woman in the unit block of Valley Green Road parked her 2019 Honda, went for a hike and when she returned she found the rear passenger window smashed, a broken center console and a $450 coat was missing.
Jan 26. Vandalism and theft. A woman reported that a passenger window in her 2018 Toyota in the 100 block of Northwestern Avenue was smashed and items including backpacks, air pods, diamond earrings, a laptop, makeup, a retainer, and divorce paperwork were stolen.
Jan. 26. Vandalism and theft. A woman in the unit block of Bells Mills Road reported that a window of her vehicle was smashed and a pocketbook, lipstick, identification and a Bible pamphlet were missing.
Jan 27. Shoplifting. An offender entered the Acme in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street, took meat valued at $150 and left without paying.
Jan 27. Vandalism and theft. A woman parked her car in the 200 block of West Northwestern Avenue, went for a walk and when she returned, the rear window of her vehicle was smashed and a black purse, credit cards and $102 in cash was missing.
Jan 27. Shoplifting. An offender entered the Acme in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street, picked up six steaks valued at $150 and left without paying.
Jan 27. Shoplifting. An offender entered the Acme in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street, and took toilet paper, beer and without paying.
Jan 27. Shoplifting. An offender entered the Acme in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street, and took floral arrangements without paying.
Jan 28. Theft. A man in the 100 block of Bethlehem Pike told police that he went to dinner and when he returned to the residence his Visa card was missing. He canceled it.
Jan 28. A man told police that he parked his car in the 400 block of Chestnut Hill Avenue and went for a quick run. When he returned, the front window of his 2013 Honda Fit was broken and a light blue Patagonia jacket valued at $350 was missing.
Jan. 28. Kidnapping/Abduction. A woman told police she was sitting in her vehicle at work in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street when an offender jumped in the car, forced her into the back seat and drove away. The woman told police the offender drove around for two to three hours and when she attempted to escape he would pull her hair and grab her back into the seat.
Jan 29. Motor vehicle theft. A man parked his Venza in the unit block of West Bells Mills Road, accidentally left his key fob in the car and went on a hike. When he returned, the Venza was missing.
Jan. 30. Theft. A woman told police her packages were delivered to her apartment in the 7600 block of Stenton Avenue, but she never received them.
Feb. 1. A man reported that a package containing a new Samsung phone was delivered to his apartment in the 7700 block of Stenton Avenue, but when he went to retrieve the package, it was missing.
Mt. Airy
Jan 11. Theft. A man in the 900 block of East Cliveden Street reported that power tools and batteries valued at $813 were stolen from near his storage locker.
Jan. 27. Theft. A man in the 6800 block of Emlen Street reported that a parcel with an electronic device valued at $1,000 that was delivered outside of his home was missing.
Jan 27. Shoplifting. An offender entered the Acme in the 7700 block of Crittenden Street, took meat valued at $150 and left without paying.
Jan. 27. Motor vehicle theft. The owner of a parked vehicle parked in the 7700 block of Stenton Avenue. Later, his girlfriend saw the car inexplicably parked in another location.
Jan. 28. Carjacking. A man told police that he was sitting in his 2018 Nissan in the 400 block of Gorgas Lane when a white pickup containing four men pulled in front of him. Two men exited the vehicle pointed guns at the man and eventually took his Nissan.
Jan 28. Shoplifting. An offender stole yogurt valued at $30 from the Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue.
Jan. 29. Shoplifting. Offenders at the Wawa in the 7200 block of Germantown Avenue took items including cookies, Kool-Aid and chips and left without paying for them.
Jan 29. Aggravated Assault. A woman who lives in the 1100 block of East Cliveden Street told police that she got into an argument with her sister’s boyfriend when he brandished a silver firearm and kicked her out. The woman returned to the home and was later awakened by the boyfriend yelling at her and punching her in the face.
Jan 30. Vandalism, fraud and theft. A man reported to police that he parked his car on Kitchens Lane and when he returned his front window was broken and items including $200 and credit cards were missing. Later, he was alerted that someone used one of the stolen credit cards to buy $1,514.82 worth of merchandise at Walmart.
Jan. 30. Theft. A woman told police that the last time she saw her Pennsylvania license plate her car was parked in the 6500 block of Berdan Street. Now, the license plate is gone.
Jan. 31. Theft from motor vehicle. A man reported that he parked his car in the 7100 block of Chew Avenue and when he returned, the front window of his 2011 Mazda was broken and tools valued at about $450 were missing.
Feb. 1. Shoplifting. A complainant called police to report that an offender had taken three candles from a store in the unit block of West Hortter Street and left without paying for them. The police arrested the offender who was outside in front of the store.
