The results of the vote to amend and restate the CHCA bylaws are: 72 votes total, with 69 voting to approve and 3 voting to not approve.

Land Use, Planning, and Zoning Committee Meeting
400 E. Evergreen Ave. - RSD-1 – New structure: Greenhouse. Variance for an accessory structure for residential use shall not exceed 130 sq. ft. Whereas the proposed accessory agricultural structure is 244.69 sq. ft.
