It may have been a week late but Sunday’s Chestnut Hill Fall for the Arts Festival attracted a large crowd on a warm, sunny day.

“Congratulations to the Chestnut Hill Business District team on another successful Fall for the Arts Festival,” said Anne McNiff, executive director of the Chestnut Hill Community Association. “It was great to see so many locals and visitors enjoying the beautiful day and all the festival had to offer.”

More than 300 artists and vendors from the Mid-Atlantic region showcased their products at the outdoor marketplace — now in its 41st year — selling paintings, jewelry, pottery, photography and many other items. The family- and pet-friendly event included children’s activities, live music, art demonstrations, culinary options and shopping from local businesses.
