Grief coach Naila Francis will lead a walk through nature for anyone in mourning, noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13, at The Farm at Awbury Arboretum in Germantown.
The free event hosted by the Philly Goat Project is open to all ages and to people who have experienced all kinds of loss – no matter how much time has passed.
The walk begins at the Arboretum’s barn and will include optional goat walks, discussion and reflection. Francis will help participants explore the various ways people hold onto grief and loss in their lives. The walk includes light refreshments and will end at the firepit.
The Farm is at 6336 Ardleigh St. in Germantown No registration is needed. The rain date for the walk is Sunday, April 14, noon to 2 p.m. For information, call 215-703-8057.
