Three area athletes were honored recently at the annual Inter-Ac League gathering where the girls' athletic directors recognize one outstanding multi-sport athlete from each member school. Among the 2017 recipients were Penn Charter's Macaul Mellor (center - lacrosse and soccer), Springside Chestnut Hill's Mason Rode (second from right - lacrosse and field hockey) and Germantown Academy's Lilly Bolen (right - basketball, lacrosse, and water polo).
