VACCINES FOR KIDS: Betsy Teursch, long-time Mt. Airy activist and author, sent us this photo of her granddaughter, Shula Rosen Teutsch, 7, getting her coronavirus vaccine recently near her home in Washington, D.C. “Yes, I am thrilled my granddaughter is protected,” Teutsch told us, “but I want the same for every grandma in the world: that her grandchildren return to school and resume the upward trajectory out of poverty that the pandemic has blocked.”
