Peter Paul Salemno, Junior was born on July 26, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Mary and Peter Salemno, Senior.  He attended Cardinal Dougherty High School and Mastbaum High School.  He served in the military service in the Second Armored Cavalry as a member of the Border Troopers in Germany as of 1979. 

He married Terrianne Corley. They lived in the Mount Airy section of Philadelphia.  He moved to the Villas, New Jersey and worked as a foreman in the kitchen of the Coast Guard Base in Cape May, New Jersey. He lived by the bay. He enjoyed deep sea fishing and photography.

In his younger years, he enjoyed riding his Harley. Pete also did tattoos in his younger years. He retired from the Coast Guard in 2014. He moved to Livingston, Montana to be close to family in 2014. He was invited to move in with his sister and her husband. He lived a simple life in Montana.

Pete worked at McDonald’s. His eyes lit up when his nephew, Duane, and his wife, JoAnn, and great nephews and niece Ezra, Taylor, Gabe, Westley and William, would come to visit. He enjoyed watching the Phillies and football.

The cause of Pete’s death was gastrointestinal hemorrhage, cancer of the stomach and COPD. He is survived by his sisters, Sylvia Dewald (Bob Dewald and nephew Jeremy Dewald), Rosemary Young (Vern Young), nephew Duane Moulton (JoAnn Moulton, Ezra Baker, Taylor Baker, Gabe Moulton, Westley and William). He is preceded in death by his father, Peter Salemno, Sr., mother, Mary Salemno, and his wife Terrianne Corley.
