Mt. Airy Art Garage (MAAG) will be celebrating the community coming back together after a year of isolation with an arts festival, with lots of artists and live music, on Saturday, Sept. 18, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This is an opportunity for emerging and seasoned artists to exhibit and sell their work. Nearly 40 local artists will be exhibiting. (Rain Date: Sunday, Sept. 19.)

The Art of Photography, MAAG’s Photography-exclusive show, is running until October 3, 2021, featuring 30 local artists. The show is dedicated to the memory of Solomon Levy, one of the founding members. The Gallery has been renamed in his honor.

MAAG also invites all artists to submit their art for Halloween show, “Horror Business,” which is happening from October 15 – November 14, 2021. Application Deadline: Friday, September 17, midnight.

Mt. Airy Art Garage is at 7054 Germantown Ave. For more information, email mdomanska@sch.org or check mtairyartgarage.org
