Advice from a centenarian

I loved the article you wrote about Lucy Nemetz (“Advice from a centenarian: Vegetables are overrated,” Aug. 8).

Thank you so much for recognizing her 100 years of life. She is an amazing lady, and we are so fortunate to have her living at here at Spring Mill Pointe.

Lucy has quickly become a celebrity. She is very excited. Another resident owned a mushroom farm in New York. Lots of new things for them to talk about. We all loved the picture, too.

We could all learn from Lucy’s advice.
