Chris Rabb, City Councilmember at large Nina Ahmad, Jumpstart Germantown founder Ken Weinstein, and Weavers Way general manager Jon Roesser and Anh Vongbandith of Tipsy Cafe & Catering on Germantown Avenue, who are opening a new grocery store and a new cafe on Chelten. Kristen Clark, founder of the Germantown Arts District, also spoke and Tom Judd, a local neighbor, wrote and performed a song.
