The following crime report is for crimes reported in Chestnut Hill from March 25 to March 31, 2019.
March 25. Theft from vehicle. A woman told police that she parked her car on the 7600 block of Stenton Avenue on March 24 around 3 p.m. and returned around March 25 to find her PA tag missing from her vehicle. Pa Tag JDM-6268.
March 25. Theft from vehicle. A woman told police that she parked her 2011 Subaru Impreza on the unit block of East Northwestern Avenue sometime between 3:02 p.m. and 4:05 p.m. An unknown person smashed the front right driver’s side window of her vehicle. The person took various forms of I.D. and credit cards from her pocketbook. The woman told police that the person charged $800 worth of items to her credit cards.
