Harry Potter was not an official presence at last weekend’s Witches and Wizard’s festival in Chestnut Hill, but the famous fictional wizard’s influence still loomed large as a smaller but still enthusiastic crowd participated in numerous events – from crafts to hayrides – on Germantown Avenue.
