John B. Gargalli a long time resident of the area until retiring to St. Michaels, Maryland died on Thursday June 7. He was 81. A graduate from The William Penn Charter School and Princeton University, John was an active member the Racquet Club of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Cricket Club, the Merion Cricket Club and the Miles River Yacht Club. He is survived by his wife Suellen of 35 years, a step son G. Stuart Geisel and his wife Stacey, a step daughter Melissa Parry (Skip) and their four children. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert. His service will be private.
