The following crime report is for crimes reported in Chestnut Hill from April 9 to April 15, 2018.
April 10. A theft on the 8000 block of Germantown Avenue on April 8 at approximately 12:30 p.m. A woman told police that she was at the Hill Company when an unknown person took her credit card out of her purse. The woman said the thief used her Discover Card at the Sunoco Gas Station.
April 13. Theft from vehicle on the Valley Green Road at approximately 9:50 a.m. A woman told police that between 9:50 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. an unknown person entered her vehicle and took the listed items from his 2017 Jeep Cherokee: one black leather purse Cole Hann Coach wallet, various credit cards, driver's license and keys to her house. The items are valued at $350.
