My Black Volvo s60 was taken from in front of my house here on Germantown Ave., and Benezet street, then found a week later at 19 Graver Ln. I received parking tickets from from Dec. 21st at 12:40 up until the 28th of December. No damage was done, so It must have been towed. Very bazaar. Anyone have suggestions of whom might have security cameras? Maybe someone has footage of this tow truck? I have had to pay over 1,000 dollars in storage, and tickets. Please help…
