Security cameras captured a man attempting to break into Bredenbeck’s Bakery, 8126 Germantown Ave, at approximately 2:17 a.m. on Friday, May 19.
Video shows the man fumbling at the back door with some kind of tool, then leaving upon failure to gain entrance to the building. Police responded to the tripped alarm, but the man had fled southbound on Germantown Avenue. The man was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, cargo shorts, and sneakers.
Police would like anyone with information on the suspect’s identity to call the police.
If you see this suspect do not approach, contact 911 immediately.
