The following crime report is for crimes in Chestnut Hill from March 5 to March 11, 2017.
March 11. Theft on 8600 block of Germantown at approximately 6:03 p.m. A woman told police that a man stole $25 from the tip jar.
March 11. Theft from the 8500 block of Germantown Avenue at approximately 1 p.m. An employee told police that a man stole two Empire handbags valued at $80.
March 11. The owner of a store on the 8000 Germantown Ave. told police that at approximately 2:30 p.m. an unknown man stole numerous items of clothing valued at $500.
