‘If I Were King’ next for Tuesday Night at the Movies

Ronald Colman and Frances Dee star in Frank Lloyd’s 1938 adventure “If I Were King” at 7:30 pm, Tuesday, March 1 at Woodmere Art Museum, 9211 Germantown Avenue.

Colman plays rogue-poet Francois Villon, who teams up with the disguised King Louis XI (Basil Rathbone) to ferret out a traitor in Louis’ court. Screenplay by Preston Sturges.
