The following crimes are from the week of June 7 to June 13, 2015.
June 7. 7700 Crittenden Street. Black male, age 21 to 25, approximately 6' tall, wearing a mask hoody, gloves and dark jeans. Owner of shop stated that while entering the rear door he was followed by the offender who demanded money. Offender had his right hand in his hoody. Complainant told his partner to get the money from the front register and give it to the offender. The offender told complainant not to go out for a half hour. Taken was an unknown amount of cash. No weapon.
June 9. Unit block Benezet Street. Complainant states that an Asian male hit him in the head with a rake. Complainant states dispute was over offender going the wrong way on street. Complainant has bump on head but did not go to NW Detectives because he had to attend a graduation. Aggravated assault.
Summary – One theft and one aggravated assault.
