The following crimes are from the week of September 15 to September 21, 2013.
Sept. 17. Unit block W. Bells Mill Road. Complainant states that she returned to vehicle at approximately 6 p.m. and found her purse and two cell phones missing. Purse was under passenger front seat. Taken was a Dooney & Bourke leather purse, one black iPhone, two cell phones with orange cases, Wells Fargo checkbook, bus tokens and various cards.
Sept. 17. 7900 block Germantown Avenue. Between 5:50 and 6:55 a.m., an unknown person broke rear passenger side window of a 2010 Volvo V50.
Sept. 18. Unit block E. Northwestern Avenue. Complainant states that an unknown person stole a Social Security card, debit card and a Citizens Bank credit card from vehicle.
Sept. 20. 7600 block Cherokee Street. Complainant states that an unknown person went into a 2011 silver BMW and stole a black Nike gym bag, two pairs of shoes, a shaving kit and other items.
Sept. 20. 7900 block Germantown Avenue. Between midnight and 9 a.m., an unknown person stole a girl's Cannondale H300 Hybrid Mountain Bike, light purple and violet in color.
Summary – Five crimes for week: one residential theft and four thefts from vehicles.
