As strong community partners, Chestnut Hill Hospital is excited to once again contribute to the Fund and the worthwhile programming in our neighborhood that it supports,” says Dr. Cacciamani.

The Hospital has made two generous donations: a $10,000 donation for the CHCA Pastorius Park Summer Concert Series and a $10,000 donation to benefit other community groups and programs. The concert series, sponsored by Chestnut Hill Hospital, is in its 65th year and is also in need of volunteers. Please call the CHCA office at 215-248-8810 if you can lend a hand. There are a variety of tasks from working the concessions table, chair rentals, or donations, to event prep and tear down. Work one night or the series. It’s a great chance to enjoy the music and get to know your neighbors and local musicians.

It’s also not too late to make a donation to support the worthy groups who benefit from the Fund Drive. But don’t delay! The Fund Drive ends March 31.

Want to make Chestnut Hill better? So do a lot of community groups who need your financial support to make their visions happen. The Chestnut Hill Community Fund supports numerous cultural and social programs that contribute to the quality of life in Chestnut Hill. Through the generosity of many private donations, we have been able to subsidize the annual Pastorius Park Concert series, The Crossing concerts, Buxtehude Consort, Chestnut Hill Meals On Wheels, Jenks School, programs for Teenagers, Inc. and Chestnut Hill Center for Enrichment and other significant cultural projects and programs that contribute to making Chestnut Hill an active and stimulating community. It takes a village to make it all happen. We hope we can count on you but don’t delay. The Fund Drive ends March 31!
