Proposals for amendments should be submitted by email to Walter Sullivan at walterjsullivan@aol.com. All those who submit proposals for amendments will have the opportunity to discuss them. The deadline for proposals to amend the Bylaws is Dec. 10 via email, or Dec. 11 at 7:30 p.m. hand delivered when the Committee meets. The Bylaws Committee will deliver to Noreen Spota the recommendations of the Bylaws changes for the Board’s review, consideration and publication by Jan. 1. This will allow public debate on the proposed changes prior to the CHCA annual meeting.
