Crime Repor

The following crimes are from the week of Sept. 10 to Sept. 16, 2006.

Sept. 11. 7700 bock Stenton Ave. Complainant states that he parked his maroon 1991 Pontiac LE, Pennsylvania tag FJK5306, at 3 p.m. on Sept. 9 and when he returned at 3 p.m. on Sept. 11, his vehicle was gone.

Sept. 12. 400 block E. Abington Ave. Complainant states she left her room locked and left for approximately one hour and when she returned she noticed some items missing. Taken was a beige leather bag containing money and a Strawbridge credit card. Reported at 2:13 p.m.

Sept. 14. 100 block W. Moreland Ave. Complainant states that at 8:25 a.m., she noticed the passenger side window to her 2003 Green Jeep Liberty broken. Taken was a Louis Vuitton briefcase, debit card, various IDs, checkbook and keys. Reported at 10:40 a.m.

Sept. 15. 8200 block Germantown Ave. Complainant states that an unknown person took her purse containing driver’s license, nine Visa credit cards, two gift certificates, debit card and money. Reported at 2:51 p.m.

Sept. 16. Unit block Summit Ave. Complainant states that an unknown person stole his Pennsylvania tag EMY6701 from a silver 2001 Volvo V 702.

Sept. 16. 100 block W. Bells Mill Road. Complainant states that she and her husband went hiking and when they returned, they found the passenger side rear window broken and a wallet containing IDs was stolen. Reported at 5:38 p.m.

Summary — Six crimes for week: one stolen vehicle, three thefts from vehicles and two other thefts.
