Center in the Park: On Thursday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. attend an ethnic dress member birthday party in recognition of African-American Heritage. Members are invited to wear items in traditional African dress such as sash, hat, dress, tie or shirt. Everyone is invited to participate.
