Marvin Ross, 63, an HVAC mechanic for the Philadelphia School District, died Dec. 13, 2017 at his home in Chester. Mr. Ross was a graduate of the Chester-Upland School District and Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute. He had served in the Navy as a communications officer. He is survived by his wife, Alicia Ross; a son, Kenny Williamson; five siblings; and his former wife, Barbara Redmond Ross. Funeral services were held Dec. 23, 2017 at St. Luke’s Community Christian Church in Chester.
