Philadelphia Police arrested Donald Marburger, 58, last week in connection to the recent thefts of copper downspouts in Chestnut Hill.
Captain Sekou Kinebrew, of the 14th Police District, told the Local that Police Officers Thomas Seymour and Kimberli Harris made the arrest. Marburger was charged with six thefts.
Kinebrew asked residents to continue to be vigilant and encouraged residents to install surveillance cameras and make sure they are turned on. No other information was available at press time. -- SR
