On Thursday, June 23, at 12:35 a.m., an unknown male was captured on surveillance video approaching a vehicle that was parked in a driveway on the 1xx block of Mermaid Lane and gaining entry thru an open driver side door. Once inside the vehicle the suspect took loose change then fled in an unknown direction. This suspect may be responsible for numerous other thefts from autos throughout the general area where wallets, laptops and other items of value have been taken.
Suspect Description: White male, late teens to mid 20 years-of-age, thin build, goatee, wearing a t-shirt with a possible unknown logo on the upper left front and back, shorts, and sneakers with reflective material.
