This week Septa announced a schedule change for the Chestnut Hill West Line effective Monday, Jan. 11
All weekday trains will now depart between two and six minutes earlier and will arrive at Chestnut Hill West later.
Septa has stated that that the changes in schedule will “address previous schedule errors and improve on-time performance and overall service reliability."
In addition, they apologized saying, “We know that customers rely on the information in the printed timetables and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion these errors may have caused."
