ROC Seniors Housing Fund Manager L.L.C., a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group Partners L.L.C., has purchased Arbor Terrace at Chestnut Hill, an assisted living facility at 495 E. Abington Ave.
Philly.com reports the Salt Lake City-based company purchased Arbor Terrace along with five other senior-housing properties on Nov. 16 in a joint venture between the Carlyle Group and Capitol Seniors Housing. According to its website, as of Sept. 2014, ROC Seniors operates 14 facilities, either owned or under contract, with over 1,400 beds under its care.
The price of the purchase has not been disclosed.
