On August 7, The Chestnut Hill Community Association screened the film “Despicable Me” outdoors at the Water Tower Recreation Center, 200 E Hartwell Lane, to commence its month-long series, “Friday Night Movies Under the Stars.” Over a hundred people came out for the event, which featured popcorn, snacks, and the food truck The Flying Deutschman. The next film, the '80s classic “Ghostbusters,” will screen Aug. 14 at 8:00 p.m., with the picnic beginning at 7:00 p.m. The food truck for the evening will be Prime Stache.
