Thomas Edwin Nott, V, 53, formerly of Chestnut Hill, died April 9, 2015 from a heart attack. He is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughter, Emily; mother, Anne Phillips Nott; sister, Elizabeth Nott Hall (Roger Hall); nephew, Griffin; niece, Caroline; and extended family. Tom was born in Philadelphia and attended Chestnut Hill Academy, played hockey at the Wissahickon Skating club and loved to go to Maine in the summer, where he attended Robin Hood Camp. He graduated from St. Mark’s School in Southborough, MA in 1980; graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1984. Tom worked for IBM in both Poughkeepsie and Tampa, FL where he met his wife Cindy. After a number of years at IBM, Tom was employed by Advantis & AT&T, and most recently, as a Data Base Administrator at Verizon. Tom loved photography, sailing, boating, fishing, hockey and being with his family. Tom loved his Emily most of all. A memorial service was held on April 18th in Tampa, FL.
