March 30. 8500 block of Germantown Ave. at 1:24 p.m., a man attempted to steal three shirts. The items were recovered and the man fled the scene.
March 31. 8600 block of Germantown Ave. at 4 p.m. A teller said an offender came to the counter and tricked the bank out of $1,900.
