The following crimes are from the week of June 1 to June 7, 2014.

June 2. 7700 block Germantown Avenue. Supervisor for store states she saw offender put items in his bag and flee from store. Taken were four Dove Body Wash and two Pantene Body Wash. Offender was observed across the street in the park with bags and was stopped by police. Black male, Joseph Middleton, DOB 2/1/71, residing in unit block of E. Mt. Pleasant Ave.

June 2. 8500 block Germantown Avenue. Bank teller states that offender came into bank and handed teller a demand note stating that this was a robbery.

June 2. 8700 block Germantown Avenue. Complainant states she placed her pocketbook down and when she came back to get her purse she discovered her red wallet was taken from her purse containing an American Express Card, US Air Visa Card, Schwab Visa Card and money.

June 2. 8700 block Germantown Avenue. Complainant states he parked his gray K-2 mountain bike and when he returned bike was gone.

June 3. 7700 block Germantown Avenue. Complainant states the offender entered store and put four bottles of Body Wash into her bag and fled store going northbound on Germantown Ave.

June 4. 7 Valley Green Road. Listed offender black female, Kisha, and husband Daniel Duncan and black female Aja Whetstone were arrested in reference to attempted theft from auto that was witnessed by police.

June 7. 8700 block Germantown Ave. Complainant went to Chestnut Hill Hospital and parked vehicle in emergency lot. Window was open and someone took two $100 bills and 104 pills of Percocet 30 mg.

Summary – Seven crimes for week: one robbery, one theft, two retail thefts, two thefts from vehicles and one stolen bicycle.
